It’s Five Minute Friday. Time to write for five minutes flat without editing on the prompt from Kate Motaung.
Jesus said, “Do not worry about tomorrow. Tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” (Matthew 6:34)
What should I do instead of worry?
God is sovereign. He loves me. He works all things together for my good. (Romans 8:28)
Never, never, never has He let me down.
When the waves seem ready to sink the boat, He calms the storm.
When I think I’m drowning in a sea of uncertainty or pain or both, He rescues.
Every tomorrow holds the promise, “In this world you will have tribulation, but take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
